Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

We accept requests for replacement products for goods sold on our Site if the product arrives damaged.

To qualify for a replacement product, you will need to send photographs of the damaged product(s) and proof of purchase. You will also need to return the product. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once the original item is received, you will be sent a replacement product (at no extra cost to you, apart from the cost to return your original item). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
